Ceramic Pad Heating Elements

Cooperheat’s Flexible Ceramic Pad (FCP) heating elements are rugged, nickel-chrome, pad-style resistive heaters built for precision pre- and post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) up to 800 °C. Utilizing high-grade sintered alumina ceramic beads and nickel cold tails butt-welded to the heating core wire, they deliver reliable flexibility, exceptional thermal transfer, and long-lasting performance—even under repeated high-temperature cycles.
