The Eddyfi Reddy® AC & Tubing ECT is the first fully portable, battery-operated, and sealed system designed specifically to streamline the inspection of air conditioners (AC) and standard commercial tubing. Engineered to completely replace legacy, non-waterproof instrumentation, this configuration of the Reddy platform features true plug-and-play compatibility with all standard AC and Eddy Current Testing (ECT) bobbin probes on the market. With integrated automation sequences, an intuitive setup wizard, and built-in reporting tools, it maximizes workflow efficiency for small-to-midsize heat exchangers (HX) and commercial HVAC infrastructure.

Features

Universal Probe Compatibility: Features direct plug-and-play functionality for all commercial AC and ECT bobbin probes without requiring third-party adapters or external absolute reference probes to balance absolute channels.
Automated Acquisition Sequences: Drastically reduces manual errors and inspection times by eliminating the need for foot pedals. The unit automates data logging, file creation, and recording start/stop functions using configurable axial landmarks.
On-the-Fly Field Reporting: Embedded Magnifi® GO software enables users to generate comprehensive inspection reports directly on-site. Reports feature automated tube list generation, localized screenshots, and clear visual graphs like pie charts.
Optimized for HVAC Chiller/AC Units: Highly portable design and rapid setup sequence specifically tailored for smaller heat-exchanger setups found in commercial building management and processing plants.
Rugged, IP65-Class Build: Sealed against water and dust ingress, eliminating the vulnerability to elements typical of desktop-bound competitor units that require continuous external AC power.
Magnifi® CPN Back-Office Compatibility: All field data gathered using the onboard SSD can be easily exported via USB for advanced, off-site data mapping and analysis using industry-standard Magnifi desktop software.
