High-performance Probe Pusher System

The Probot is a powerful, compact, and lightweight electric probe pusher system engineered to automate probe motion during heat exchanger and Balance of Plant (BoP) tubing inspections. Operating entirely without compressed air, it features an electric belt tensioner and an IP65-sealed, fully integrated drive unit that houses both its controls and power supply. Probot natively pairs with the Ectane 3 test instrument and Magnifi® software to support both manual and fully automated inspection workflows.

One-Person Operation: Engineered to dramatically increase inspection throughput, allowing a single operator to safely manage probe feeding, scanning, and data acquisition.
Fully Integrated Control System: Features a self-contained architecture with internal power supplies and controls, eliminating heavy external control boxes or tethered modules.
Compressed-Air Free: Utilizes an advanced electric belt tensioning system, completely removing the dependency on field air compressors or pneumatic lines.
Magnifi® Integration: Integrates with Eddyfi’s Magnifi software platform to deliver seamless automated and manual drive modes, optimized speed profiles, and precise probe tracking.
High-Force Electric Drive: Delivers a peak pushing force of 445 N (100 lbf) and continuous force of 245 N (55 lbf) to easily feed probes through complex or long tube bundles.
Ruggedized IP65 Chassis: Housed in a compact, industrial enclosure designed for water and dust resistance in harsh industrial settings.
