Magnetic test bench

The Magnaflux MAG‑40 is a medium-duty, self-contained magnetic particle inspection bench offering both AC and half-wave DC outputs. With up to 2,500 A and optional 20,000 amp‑turn DC flux (HFD variant), it efficiently detects fatigue cracks and processing defects in ferrous components up to 1 m long. Constructed with a stainless-steel tank and thyristor-controlled circuitry, it delivers reliable, repeatable “wet continuous” inspections, ideal for machine shops, tool rooms, foundries, and similar low-volume production environments .
