Barcol Hardness Impressor

The PosiTector BHI is a portable electronic Barcol hardness tester designed for measuring the indentation hardness of soft metals such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, copper, brass, and harder plastics like fiber-reinforced composites. Featuring a large 2.8″ impact-resistant color touchscreen, it offers user-adjustable measurement time, real-time statistical display, and a Hi-RES mode for enhanced precision. The device is housed in a weatherproof, dustproof, and water-resistant (IP65-rated) enclosure, ensuring durability in various industrial environments. It supports USB, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity, facilitating seamless data transfer and integration with PosiSoft software for comprehensive data analysis and reporting.
