Universal WE Stationary Crack Detection Unit

The Magnaflux Universal WE is a high-speed, multi-directional magnetic particle wet bench designed for efficient, automated inspection of ferrous parts up to 90 cm long. It delivers both contact and coil magnetization—200–2,000 A for contact shots and 1,500–15,000 amp‑turns for coil shots—using independently adjustable circular and longitudinal AC currents. With servo-controlled clamping, surface shower bath, PLC-driven sequencing, and up to 1,000 stored inspection techniques, it ensures fast throughput, process consistency, and reliability for demanding production environments.
