Hand-Held LED UV Lamp

The EV6000 is a high-performance handheld LED UV-A lamp engineered for fluorescent non-destructive testing (NDT), including penetrant and magnetic particle inspections. Delivering a uniform 9-inch (23 cm) wide beam—33% wider than typical UV lamps—it enables faster inspections with clear indications across the full field. Built with custom non-solarizing optics and a sealed IP65-rated housing (fanless), it reduces operator fatigue and maintenance, meets Aerospace Prime/OEM and ASTM/NADCAP standards, and comes with a manufacturer’s certificate of conformance for reliability and regulatory compliance.
