ZL-440

Water-Based Fluorescent Penetrant

ZL-440 is a water-based, water-washable fluorescent penetrant designed for non-destructive testing (NDT) of castings, forgings, extrusions, and other materials with rough surfaces, commonly found in automotive part applications. It offers medium sensitivity (Level 2) and is ideal for operations concerned with wastewater disposal, as it contains no petroleum distillates and is biodegradable.
