Dry Powder Developer

ZP-4D is a non-combustible dry powder developer formulated for Type 1 fluorescent penetrant testing. It is applied to oven-dried parts following the use of penetrants and forms a thin, even film that enhances the visibility of ultra-fine surface discontinuities. This developer is ideal for applications requiring high sensitivity and is listed on the QPL SAE AMS 2644 Qualified Product List.
